No further use or sale to third parties will take place unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. criminal prosecution) or you have given your express prior consent or for the purpose of processing your room booking.

Duration of data storage

To protect your data, we take the necessary and appropriate technical and organisational measures. In any case, we comply with the currently applicable provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act.

Data of the use of our website

Whenever our website is accessed, our provider (where our website is stored) collects data about this access and stores it in so-called log files. Specifically, these are the IP address (IP = Internet Protocol) used at the moment of access, the date and time of access, the web address of the page accessed, the amount of data and a status code indicating whether the access was successful. We will only use this data for statistical purposes and to improve our services. We do not find out who you are (as a person). 

Right to information and deletion

You can obtain information about the data we have stored about you free of charge at any time. At your request, we can also delete this data at any time, unless we are legally obliged to retain this data for a certain period of time.
