Data protection

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and therefore explain to you below how we handle the data collected via our website.

Collection of personal data

We do not collect any personal data from you via our website, except for that which you provide to us voluntarily. In this case, this is contact information for enquiries made by telephone or by e-mail or room enquiry form. By contacting us, you consent to the use of the data by us for the purpose stated by you in each case.

Purpose of the data collection

We use the data to contact you and only for the purpose for which you have provided us with this data (for example, a room enquiry or booking). No further use or sale to third parties will take place unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. criminal prosecution) or you have given your express prior consent or for the purpose of processing your room booking.

Duration of data storage

We only store the data entrusted to us for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which you provided it. To protect your data, we take the necessary and appropriate technical and organisational measures. In any case, we comply with the currently applicable provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act.

Data of the use of our website

Whenever our website is accessed, our provider (where our website is stored) collects data about this access and stores it in so-called log files. Specifically, these are the IP address (IP = Internet Protocol) used at the moment of access, the date and time of access, the web address of the page accessed, the amount of data and a status code indicating whether the access was successful. We will only use this data for statistical purposes and to improve our services. We do not find out who you are (as a person).

Right to information and deletion

You can obtain information about the data we have stored about you free of charge at any time. At your request, we can also delete this data at any time, unless we are legally obliged to retain this data for a certain period of time.

If you have any questions about your personal data and its collection and use, about data changes or requests to delete your data, please contact:
